Riportato a galla un vecchio bombardiere della Seconda Guerra Mondiale

Un bombardiere tedesco risalente alla Seconda Guerra Mondiale è stato riportato in superficie dopo aver passato gli ultimi 70 anni sommerso all'interno dell'English Channel. Durante la battaglia d'Inghilterra, il vecchio Dornier Do-17 è stato abbattuto al largo della costa di Kent: considerato l'unico Do-17 rimasto intatto in tutto il mondo, l'aereo è stato ripescato da una profondità di 15 metri nelle Goodwind Sands. Il RAF Museum, museo delle forze aeree inglesi, ha speso più di 600.000 sterline (circa 700.000 Euro) per riportare alla luce l'antico velivolo.
